• Jurat $15

• Oath or Affirmation $15

• Power of Attorney $15

• Subscribing Witness $15

Minimum $45 appointment charge.

Service fee starts at $20, see our travel fees below for more information.

After Hours

Business Hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm

Any other time, an after-hours charge of $40 will be applied to our rate.

Saturday and Sunday are available by appointment only.

Travel Fees

Base rate applies to any appointments in the Visalia area, additional fees apply for travel:

• Tier 1: $40

• Tier 2: $60

• Tier 3: $80

• Tier 4: $100-$200

See our service area to confirm your tier. Tier pricing includes any residence or office setting, and additional fees may apply to hospitals, detention centers or places of that nature.

Hospital/ Nursing Home Requirements:

Notarization requires that the individual

• has valid ID (there is a Plan B if ID is expired)

• is aware of the purpose of the document

• can communicate with the notary

$25 appointment charge

If the client is in a Skilled Nursing Facility, California Law requires an Ombudsman (patient advocate) be present for the signing of an Advanced Healthcare Directive.

Cancelation/ No Show:

A fee of $25 will be charged for any last-minute cancelations or no-shows. If you need to reschedule, please provide notice at least 24-hours before appointment.
